Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website, our online booking form, or message our Facebook or Instagram Pages, including our automated assistant, Bea. By booking or messaging us you agree to them.
Who we are
The Browcode Corp. (SEC Company Reg. No. 2023040095654-02), doing business as Browcode Beauty Lounge, 2nd Floor Red Dot Collective Bldg., General Luna Street cor. Lagasca Street, Brgy. No. 10, San Jose, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte 2900, Philippines.
Bookings and deposits
- An online booking holds a slot for a limited time. It is confirmed only when branch staff verify your deposit.
- Deposits are applied to the cost of the service. Cancellation and no-show handling follow the policy communicated by your branch at booking.
- Prices are set per branch and may change; the price shown when you book for your branch is the price that applies.
Health screening
Semi-permanent makeup and brow tattoo bookings require complete screening answers. The form asks about peeling skincare, insulin or blood thinners, active skin irritation and existing brow tattoos. Completing the questionnaire, choosing a slot or receiving an automated reply does not establish treatment suitability or medical clearance. Tell the branch about any concern before treatment; staff assessment may be needed, and the team may advise a different service or timing.
Automated assistant
Bea provides automated assistance on supported Pages with menu information and booking details. Branch staff verify deposits and handle requests requiring staff assessment, including health concerns and booking changes. An automated reply is not payment verification or medical clearance. Request staff assistance in the conversation or contact your branch directly during its opening hours. Bea cannot charge you.
Age and service eligibility
The menu includes selected children's nail services. For anyone under 18, contact the branch before booking to confirm which services are suitable and any parent or guardian consent requirements. Availability in the menu is not confirmation of eligibility for every age or treatment.
Acceptable use
Do not use our booking tools or chat to harass staff, submit false bookings, or attempt to access other customers' information. We may decline or cancel bookings that breach these terms.
Liability
Services are provided by trained staff with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, including how to delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
